It's me LuLu! This first post is all about getting personal. I guess I will introduce myself as I am....a mother! I have three very beautiful children. They light up my life brighter than a bowl of vibrant lemons! ;) My family and I are trying our hands out on the farm, our first one as a family. The experience has been a crazy, wonderful, bitter sweet journey. We are happy and we know it, or at least we try to be. We have started living by the old saying "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!" But we are going to do a few better than that. We are going to make all sorts of lemon treats and goodies.
This blog is all about bringing you all the ins and outs of LEMONS! We are by no means experts, actually quite new, so it will be interesting to say the least. If you don't find anything useful out of this blog, I'm sure it'll hand you a good laugh every now and again. So, while we attempt conquering the all mighty yellow fruit, we will be bringing you tasty lemon pastries, to die for lemon drinks (lemonade of course), homemade cleaning products containing lemon juice, and anything else citrusy I can come up! I'm also a 50's gal at heart and have a deep love for all things vintage, so prepare yourself for lots of glamorous, vintage tidbits thrown in the mix! :)
